Associate Sponsorship Packages – all prices are plus VAT

The East Midlands Aprrenticeship Awards 2007 will build on the success of previous Awards held across the counties and will continue to celebrate the excellence and dynamism of the young people of the East Midlands. The Awards dinner, which will be held on 27 March 2007 at the Walkers Stadium in Leicester, will recognise and celebrate the achievements of individuals and employers in relation to Apprenticeships.

Through Associate Sponsorship an individual element of the evening can be sponsored. The packages available are listed below.

There is also an opportunity for you to design your own sponsorship package dependent on your needs. Please feel free to speak to us further about this.

Table Sponsorship - £200 per table
Each table at the Dinner can be sponsored by a different organisation. For this your logo will be displayed prominently on the table. Company information can be distributed to those seated at the table and your name will be mentioned in the event programme.

Event Programme - £1,500
The programme is given to all of the guests on arrival at the dinner, which covers essential information on the evening. Your company logo will appear on this professional document that is retained by the guests. You also have the opportunity to include an advertisement in the programme.

Website - £750
Your company would be prominent on the home page and subsequently throughout the site. Additionally, a ‘hot link’ would be set up to your own organisation’s site.

Menus, tickets - £500
Two items of printed material that generally guests keep as a memento of the evening, your company logo will be displayed on all of the items.

Place Card Holders - £1,750
A ‘novelty’ place card holder can be used on the night on which your logo can be displayed prominently. This will be something that guests will take with them at the end of the night as a memento of their evening.

Prizes for Winners and Finalist - variable
Maybe you would like to donate a prize to the winner and runners-up in one or all of the categories. For this your name will be read out at the Awards Dinner and you will be mentioned in the event programme.

Benefits of sponsorship include:

• Your company name will be included in the Event Programme that will be given to over 500 guests on arrival at the Awards dinner.
• A Certificate of Sponsorship for display in your organisation.
• If a specific element is being sponsored e.g. Event Programme or Trophies then your company’s name and/or logo will be prominent on each item.
• All sponsors will be mentioned in the Event Programme and any relevant publicity about the Awards.

The first application for sponsorship will be accepted. All contributions are plus VAT
